As a Senior Software Engineer at Platformed Ltd, you will be responsible for building a sophisticated SaaS platform using Rust and React. This role offers full-stack ownership of features, allowing you to influence product development while working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
What You Will Do
- Build and maintain a high-scale SaaS application, writing performant Rust services and responsive React components to automate complex audit workflows.
- Take full ownership of the product lifecycle, from initial system architecture and cloud deployment to gathering feedback directly from enterprise users.
- Collaborate with the founders to influence the product roadmap and determine which features will deliver the highest value for the customer base.
Who You Are
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a demonstrable track record of shipping customer-facing features. You possess professional or significant open-source experience with Rust and are comfortable working across both the frontend and backend. You thrive in early-stage environments, showing the ownership mindset needed to prioritize tasks and solve real problems in a fast-paced setting.
Compensation
Salary is between £80k-£100k plus equity.

Rust experience
Professional or significant open-source experience with Rust is required.
Full-stack development

5+ years experience

Experience working in early-stage environments is beneficial.
