Who You Are
- 4+ years of experience for general and deployed roles, with 3-4+ years for deployed roles.
- Experience with C++, Java, Rust, or Python for backend; TypeScript/JavaScript with Angular or React for frontend.
- Excellent communication skills are essential, especially for deployed roles.
Bonus Points
- Interest in DevSecOps or database work.
- Experience leading small teams or mentoring junior engineers.
Compensation
Salary ranges from £120,000 to £150,000 depending on experience.
