A leading FinTech firm in London is seeking a talented Software Engineer to join its growing technology team. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-performance trading environment where technology is central to the firm’s success across multiple asset classes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications
- Build robust backend systems using Python and/or modern frontend interfaces using React
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including traders and quants
Requirements
- 1-5 years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong experience in Python and/or React
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science (or similar) is preferred
Compensation
Up to £140,000 Base + Industry Leading Bonus + Comprehensive Package

Professional experience
1-5 years of professional software engineering experience is necessary.
Degree in Computer Science
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a similar field is preferred.
Nice to Have
Experience with functional programming languages like Rust or Erlang is a plus.
Familiarity with machine learning infrastructure and models is beneficial.
