About the Role

As a Full Stack Engineer at Siv.chat, you will be responsible for building an AI assistant that helps small and medium-sized companies in Sweden manage their workflows. You will work hands-on with various technologies, including TypeScript and Rust, to develop the product from end to end, making key technical decisions along the way.

Responsibilities

Build the product end to end, from interface to backend and infrastructure.
Work hands-on with LLMs, RAG pipelines and MCP in production.
Connect external services and handle sensitive company data under European law.
Own technical decisions from the start.

Tech Stack

We build with TypeScript on the Bun runtime and the Elysia web framework, a React frontend (a straightforward Vite SPA), and Rust for niche pieces like our document parser and internal tooling. TypeScript is what we'd want you strongest in; the rest of the stack you can pick up here.

Qualifications

Strong TypeScript, or comparable typed-language depth that transfers fast.
Solid fullstack experience and a track record of shipping products to production.
Comfortable building with LLMs, RAG and similar tooling.
Experience with devops and/or cybersecurity is a plus.
Confident making your own calls and driving work in a small team.

Location

On-site in Gothenburg. We hire on an ongoing basis and bring in the right people as we find them.

Requirements

Strong TypeScript skills

You should have a strong background in TypeScript or a comparable typed language.

Fullstack experience

A solid track record of shipping products to production is essential.

Experience with LLMs

You should be comfortable working with LLMs and RAG pipelines.

DevOps knowledge

Experience with DevOps and/or cybersecurity is a plus.

Nice to Have

Small team experience

Experience working in a small team and making independent decisions is beneficial.
