Job Description
The Associate Staff Engineer will develop high-performance service components and client-side modules using Rust or Kotlin. This role involves end-to-end project delivery, technical support, and communication within the AI ecosystem, ensuring high-quality project launches.

General Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience. Proficient in at least one of Kotlin or Rust, with practical commercial project development experience; familiar with underlying performance optimization, memory management and concurrent programming logic of the language.
Technical Support
Provide technical support and technical communication for internal and external partners of the AI ecosystem, sort out technical documents and operation specifications.
Project Delivery
Strong end-to-end project delivery capability, able to independently push forward projects from demand confirmation to online stable operation.
Work Environment
Must work full-time on-site at the Beijing office throughout the project cycle.
Requirements
Rust proficiency
Proficient in Rust with practical commercial project development experience.
Project delivery experience
Strong capability to manage projects from demand confirmation to stable operation.
AI knowledge
Solid basic knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts and application development.
Technical communication
Ability to provide technical support and communication for partners.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Kotlin as an alternative programming language.
Experience in optimizing performance for applications.
