About the Role

As a Founding Software Engineer at Pango, you will play a crucial role in developing an innovative Agentic Operating System for e-commerce logistics. You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding a B2B SaaS platform while contributing to the product's rapid growth and market readiness.

What You'll Do

Maintain, expand, and operate a B2B SaaS platform with a high sense of ownership.
Shape the product and company, making a significant impact on its development.
Work closely with the core team to ensure shipping velocity at an early-stage startup.

Who You Are

You have previous experience working at a SaaS product company as a founding or senior engineer.
You possess strong proficiency in any backend language or platform, with a preference for Rust or Golang.
You have a pragmatic attitude and understand the importance of shipping velocity.
E-commerce experience, particularly with Shopify, WMS, IMS, or shipping carrier integrations, is a plus.
