About the Role

SentiLink is hiring for various engineering and data science roles, focusing on solving complex distributed systems challenges and building customer-facing ML products. The company is looking for candidates at different experience levels, from mid-level to senior, who are passionate about tackling identity fraud in the fintech space.

We’re hiring across Engineering (Full-stack and Infra) and Data Science / ML roles. Hiring at Manager/Director level as well as mid-level/Senior levels. We’re language-agnostic and hire for fundamentals.

SentiLink supports a variety of ways to work, ranging from fully remote to in-office. We operate as a digital-first company with strong collaboration across the U.S. and India. We maintain physical offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India. If you’re located near one of these offices, we would love for you to spend time in the office regularly. Some roles are hybrid or in-office by design.

Requirements

Programming Languages

Experience with Python, Go, Rust, or Scala is essential.

Database Knowledge

Familiarity with PostgreSQL and Snowflake is required.

Distributed Systems

Understanding of complex distributed systems is necessary.

Machine Learning

Experience with ML tools like XGBoost and PyTorch is important.

Nice to Have

Cloud Infrastructure

Experience with Terraform and Kubernetes is a plus.

Real-time Systems

Knowledge of real-time scoring pipelines is beneficial.
