About the Role
Building the next generation of decentralized storage. We need Rust experts to optimize our P2P networking layer. As a Protocol Engineer, you will design and implement the core protocols that power our decentralized network. You will work on consensus algorithms, peer-to-peer networking, and cryptographic primitives to ensure the network is secure, scalable, and resilient.
Requirements
Strong proficiency in Rust
Experience with P2P networking and libp2p
Understanding of distributed consensus (Raft, Paxos, BFT)
Knowledge of applied cryptography
Ability to write clean, well-tested, and secure code
Nice to Have
Experience with blockchain or decentralized systems
Familiarity with IPFS or Filecoin
Contributions to networking or crypto libraries in Rust
Background in formal verification
